Description
Everybody's favorite maniacal villain, Kolemasie; dressed as Captain Wesker from Resident Evil! 
Done completely without referance today during Health class, because I was bored and I've been wanting to try this idea for a long time.
I'm going to color this one soon, but I wanted to show off the penciled version too, because I liked how it came out so much.

Spiffy. It looks really cool as a whole, but my favorite part, without a doubt, is... the eyebrows! Furry eyebrows are something I have trouble with personally, and his just look so natural...
I also like the "inked" look you gave the pencil b going around the outside lines and making them thicker (that is what you did, right? It's hard to tell, but it looks like all pencil...) I've gotta try that sometime, it really makes it look... professional or something.
